COVID19

The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble;

he knows those who take refuge in him.

~ Nahum 1:7 ~

I am sure you have noticed that life is very different today than it was just a few weeks ago.  Schools, restaurants, businesses and even churches are taking the next few weeks off.  Unfortunately, that will include Pima Canyon Church as well.  We have made this decision because our government has asked all gatherings that exceed 10 people or more to cease for the next 15 days.

We firmly believe in the power and the sovereignty of God and we also believe that God would have us listen to those he has appointed as leaders over us.  Romans 13 tells us that God has appointed every ruler and when we submit to them we are submitting to God.  In this case we believe that God is using our authorities to protect people.  God loves people and so do we.

This said we will not close down completely.  The office will remain open and we will live stream Sunday’s sermon on Facebook live.  All you have to do Sunday to access the message is click on this https://www.facebook.com/pg/pimacanyonchurch/posts/ ( You do not need a Facebook in order to access the Live Stream. All you need to do is click on the link provided or google "Pima Canyon Church Facebook" and click the link associated with Facebook to be taken to our page where the stream will be visible).  It will take you directly to the live stream.  You can watch it from your computer or your smart phone.  If you have any questions regarding how this will work or if you need any help in accessing the live stream please contact the office and we will walk you through the process.  If you do not have access to a computer or a smart phone, we will make you a copy of the message that you can take home.

Church will start at 10 am as usual.  If all goes well, and we will pray that it will, our next time meeting together back at the church will be April 5, Palm Sunday.  If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.  We love you and are praying all of you remain safe in this time.
