The 12 (Matthew 10:1-4)

1. Jesus met their spiritual needs.
2. Jesus met their   needs.
3. Lessons from Judas Iscariot:
   • Superficial Christian   do not make a follower of Jesus.
   • A true and genuine follower of Jesus is about being in a relationship with him.
4. A true and saving faith   that Jesus is the Christ, who paid the price for our sin.
5. Draw close to Jesus, who will reveal his heart and will empower us to do the right things.

What to Do (Matthew 10:5-10)

1. Only go to the lost   of Israel.
   • Mission priority: the Jews first, then gentiles.
2. Ministry elements:
   •   the kingdom of God.
   • Do miraculous signs.
3. Do ministry  .
4. Just as Israel was to bless the world, we too are to bless the world.
5. The Church has been   into God’s people.
6. We are to bless others with the gospel.
7. We have Jesus’   as his ambassadors.
8. Minister to people accepting nothing in return.

Peace or Judgment? (Matthew 10:11-15)

1. Two outcomes:   or judgment.
2. The gospel brings peace.
